Creekwood Ranches is a hill country subdivision located in Spring Branch, Texas. We are located by Highway 46 West, near the entrance to Smithson Valley High School. The rolling hills, gorgeous views and large lots make this an awesome place to live.
Subdivision Rules and Information
1. This is an architecturally controlled single-family community.
2. Creekwood Ranches has a mandatory Property Owners Association with Annual Assessment Dues. We are registered with Comal County and the State of Texas as a non-profit organization.
3. Park – See Park Rules on our website for use of the Park.
4. No commercial signs, permanent or temporary are allowed in Creekwood Ranches with the exception of For Sale signs. For Sale signs are limited to the property for sale and only during the sales period.
This website is the official site of The Creekwood Ranches Property Owners Association, Inc. The purpose of this site is to allow better communication and information dissemination between its members and the community.
